TEMPERATURE SENSORS
-
We have developed optical sensors for temperature measurement. The temperature can be measured with the decay time of fluorescence or the ratio of two fluorescence peaks.
-
The sensors can be made in two variants: fibre optic sensors or non-contact with the use of lasers.
-
Fibre optic sensors use one fibre for fluorescence excitation and measurement. They are perfect for use in powerful electromagnetic fields and harsh environments.
-
Non-contact sensors are best for use on moving parts and where infrared measurements are not possible because of side effects. The measured surface has to be coated with fluorescent material.
-
We have also developed our own electronic equipment for different measurement methods.
